摘　　要：目的评价双水平气道正压(BiPAP)呼吸机治疗重症哮喘的价值。方法对32例重症哮喘在规范药物治疗基础上加用BiPAP呼吸机通气治疗。结果在使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗8～24小时内症状及体征明显缓解。结论使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗重症哮喘能减少呼吸肌肉作功,缓解呼吸肌疲劳,改善PaO2、PaCO2和pH值。操作简便、无创、费用低,易在临床上推广。Objective To evaluate the significance of using bi-level positive airway pressure （BiPAP）in severe asthma. Methods 32 cases of severe asthma in acute period were ventilated with BiPAP respiratory machine in addition to routine medical treatment. Results The symptoms and signs of asthma were obviously relieved 8～24hours after the usage of BiPAP respiratory machine. Conclusion Treating severe asthma with BiPAP respiratory decrease the workload of the respiratory muscles and relieve muscular fatigue;It can also normalize the values of PaO2,PaCO2 and pH.The operation is simple and convenient, without trauma and lower expense.So it can be easily generalized in clinical treatment.
