复方土牛膝糖浆的薄层鉴别

摘　　要：目的建立复方土牛膝糖浆的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别复方土牛膝糖浆中的广东土牛膝、岗梅、水杨梅、野菊花。结果复方土牛膝糖浆中的广东土牛膝、岗梅、水杨梅、野菊花和对照药材薄层色谱主斑点位置一致,且定性鉴别斑点圆整、分离度好、易于区别。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为复方土牛膝糖浆的质量控制方法之一。Objective To establish a TLC identification method of compound eupatorium syrup, and to set up quality control standard for the product. Methods Eupatorium, ilex asprella, adina rubella and chrysanthemum indicum in compound eupatorium syrup were identified by TLC. Results The obtained TLC spots of eupatorium, ilex asprella, adina rubella, chrysanthemum indicum in compound eupatorium syrup occurred at the corresponding positions compared to the controls. The qualitative idenlifiable spot on TLC was round with good separability and was easy to be distinguished. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, sensitive, precise and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of compound eupatorium syrup.
