摘　　要：目的观察美罗培南治疗中、重度细菌感染的有效性。方法采用随机对照、平行试验设计,对重症监护病房(ICU)158例中、重度细菌感染患者给予美罗培南治疗并观察临床疗效。结果美罗培南组79例,临床有效率为83.5%;亚胺培南组79例,临床有效率为84.8%。结论美罗培南治疗各种中、重度细菌感染的疗效与亚胺培南相似。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of meropenem in moderate to severe bacterial infection, Methods A randomized comparative study was conducted to compare the efficacy of meropenem and imipenern in the treatment of 158 cases of moderate to severe infection in ICU, Results 79 patients of moderate to severe infection were enrolled into meropenem group with an effective rate of 83. 5%, on the other hand, 79 patients were enrolled into imipenem group with an effective rate of 84. 8%. Condusion Meropenem can be employed for the treatment of moderate to severe bacterial infection.
