摘　　要：软件产业是深圳市的支柱产业,也是未来重点发展的产业。本文首先分析了深圳市软件产业的发展现状,并就深圳市软件产业发展的优势和存在的问题进行了研究。同时,提出了深圳市软件产业未来的发展策略。The software industry that has become the most important industry in shenzhen will be the most important industry in the further. The paper firstly discusses the situation of Shenzhen software industry, then researches the probleaus and advantages with the development of Software in Shenzhen. So at last, the paper brings some strategies for the further development.
