我国中小商业银行发展困境的若干思考

摘　　要：中小商业银行由于规模小、竞争力相对较弱,面临放贷难、经营效益低下的困境,与此同时,中小企业却面临着融资难的困扰。为解决这一“两难”问题,本文对中小商业银行的比较优势及制约因素进行了分析,并提出了相应策略。Because of small size and less competitiveness, medium - small commercial banks face up with dilemma of loan disbursement and lower profit, At the same time, medium - small enterprises ate distressed in financing difficulty; To solve this dilemma, this paper analyzes medium - small commercial bank＇ s comparative ndvantage and restrictive factors, then put forward some strategy.
