我国利用外国直接投资的战略分析

摘　　要：随着我国吸引外国直接投资数量的增加,外资企业给我国经济带来的负面影响也逐渐显现,因此应从一个全新的角度来制定我国未来利用外国直接投资发展战略,以审定外国直接投资政策取向为目标,从建立公平公正的竞争环境入手,加大吸引外国投资区位转移力度,促进我国经济的均衡发展,引导利用外资的战略目标由弥补“双缺口”为主向参与国际分工,优化资本配置和促进技术进步方面转移,达到我国吸引外国投资的最佳效应。With the rising of the FDI of our country, the negative influences which are along with the FDI also gradually appear. Therefore, some strategies should be made for our country＇ s future FDI from a new standpoint, which should be oriented the FDI policy , begin with the establishment of a fair competition environment, and strengthen the transfer of the position of the foreign capital in order to promote the balance of our country＇s development. To achieve the best effect of our country＇ s FDI, the strategies should be adapted from primarily making up ＂ the double gap＂ to participating the international division of labor, optimizing capital disposition and promoting tochnology advances.
