摘　　要：在“振兴东北老工业基地”战略中,应该特别重视加强交通运输基础设施体系的建设,交通运输先行是带动辽宁地区经济发展的必然选择。本文经实证分析,认为辽宁省交通运输业的发展水平已经成为辽宁区域经济快速增长的“瓶颈”,特别是铁路运输业的发展更是严重滞后于辽宁省GDP的增长。鉴于此,辽宁省目前应该大力发展铁路运输业,充分发挥水运优势,积极而适度地发展公路、航空运输。It is very important that Liaoning Province speeds up transportation development in the policy of the rejuvenation of old industrial bases in northeast China. We think that the development level of transportation in Liaoning province, especially the railway transportation, has become the bottleneck of the rapid growth of the region economics. Now, Liaoning province must exert her to improve the development speed of transportation, especially the railway and water transportation.
