摘　　要：目前,电子商务已变得越来越重要。随之产生的法律问题也日益增多。对于此,我国在去年已经正式施行了《电子签名法》加以应对。从一年多的实践来看,其间仍存有诸多疑义。本文着重对《电子签名法》的缺陷进行考察并提出相应对策,希望对实践有所帮助。Nowadays, e -commerce has become more and more important. The legal problems are also increasing in e- commerce. Regarding this, in last year our country has already implemented ＂Electronic Signature Law＂ to deal with them. From the practice for more than a year, there are still many problems. In order to help the practice, this article discusses the flaw about ＂Electronic Signature Law＂ and proposes the countermeasure.
