天津医科大学总医院性病门诊患者生殖支原体的检测

摘　　要：目的:建立聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测天津医科大学总医院性病门诊患者的分泌物标本中的Mg-DNA,以了解生殖支原体感染在此性病门诊患者中的发病情况。方法:采用PCR法对泌尿生殖道分泌物标本进行检测,并同时采用了两对不同的引物同时进行检测。结果:共有8例患者生殖支原体阳性,其阳性率为3.57%。结论:天津医科大学性病门诊患者中存在生殖支原体的感染,但阳性率较低。Objectives： To study the incidence of mycoplasma genitalium infection in the sexually transmitted diseases （STD） department patients of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. Methods. Genitourinary tract secretions were measured using polymerase chain reaction（PCR） methods and used two different primers detecting at the same time. Results： In general 8 patiens were detected Mycoplasma genitalium positive and the positive rate was 3.57%. Conclusion： There was Mycoplasma genitalium infection in the STD patients of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, but the positive rate was low.
