摘  要:通过金刚石刀具精密车削弱刚性超高强度铝合金零件的切削试验,获得试验的切削力数据,建立了切削力的经验模型,同时利用有限元软件分析零件的加工变形。经检测,计算变形量与实际情况基本一致。结合有限元模型和切削力经验模型优化零件的加工参数,并对零件夹紧方式进行改进,提高了加工精度。Through the precise cutting experiments of the super high strength and weak rigidity aluminum alloy work-piece,the experiment data of the cutting forces are obtained and the cutting forces models are built.Based on the finite element analysis,the extent of the cutting deformation is estimated.The calculated deformation is almost equal to the real situation by measurement.Combined with the finite element model and cutting force model,the cutting parameters can be optimized and new clamping method of work-piece is adopted.The experiment demonstrates that the cutting precision and efficiency of the super high strength and weak rigidity aluminum alloy work-piece are greatly improved.
