摘 要:通过向Sn-Zn系钎料合金中添加Cu和单一稀土Ce,利用金相显微镜(OM)、差热分析仪(DTA)和热重分析仪(TGA)研究Cu和单一稀土Ce对合金的物理性能和化学性能的影响。结果表明,添加Cu和单一稀土Ce都可以提高焊锡合金的熔点,这是因为Cu和Ce的熔点都远远高于Sn-Zn系钎料合金的熔点,从而增加了合金的熔程,提高熔点;当添加Cu含量为4%,稀土含量为0.05%时,合金的润湿角最小为49°;从合金的化学性能来看,在2%Cu的合金中随着稀土含量的增加,合金氧化呈现先增重后失重的现象,在4%Cu的合金中随着稀土含量的增加,合金一直处于失重状态。从综合性能来看,最佳的合金成份是Sn-8Zn-2Cu-0.05Ce。In this paper,the effect of Cu and Ce on physics and chemistry properties of Sn-Zn solder alloys was studied by means of optical microscopy(OM),differential thermal analysis(DTA)and thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA)with adding Cu and Ce into Sn-Zn system solders alloys.The results show that,the melting temperature of alloys can be improved when adding Cu and Ce,that's because the melting temperature of Cu and Ce are higher than melting temperature of Sn-Zn system solder alloys,then the pasty range of alloy are longer and melting temperature are enhanced.When adding content of Cu is 4% and content of rare earth Ce is 0.05%,contact angle of alloy is 49°,which is the most small.From the chemistry property of alloy seeing,when the content of Cu added into solder alloys is 2%,there is a phenomenon that alloy oxidation is overweight at the beginning and weightless subsequently with adding the content of rare earth Ce;when the content of Cu added into solder alloys is 4%,alloy oxidation are agravic all the way with adding the content of rare earth Ce.In a word,the optimum alloy component is Sn-8Zn-2Cu-0.05Ce from comprehensive properties.
