摘 要:使用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为包埋剂,硼酸(H3BO3)为交联剂将聚间苯二胺粉末包埋成球。着重考察了包埋剂浓度、包埋比、交联时间这3个因素对小球性能的影响。对不同包埋条件进行比较,发现小球综合性能最佳的包埋工艺条件是,PVA质量百分比浓度为8%,包埋比为1∶1,交联时间为24 h,海藻酸钠质量百分比为0.2%。在该条件下小球的损失率为15.1%,对Pb2+的吸附容量达129.1 mg·g-1。在最佳工艺基础上添加少许CaCO3可提高小球对Pb2+的吸附率,高达82.5%,而且也改善了小球的强度。the PmPD powders were entrapped into gels formed by the cross- link reaction of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with boric acid (H3BO3). The concentration of PVA, the mass ratio of PmPD over PVA and the time of cross- link reaction were studied especially. Comparing all the erabedment processes, the optimum of the comprehensive property of spherules as follows: the cross- link time of 24 h, the PmPD over PVA ratio of 1 : 1, the PVA concentration of 8wt% with the mass loss of 15.1% ,the adsorption capacity of 129. 1 mg·g^-1. The addition of little CaCO3 powder can substantially enhance the property of adsorption to "Pb^2 + with high adsorptivity of 82.5 %, the intensity getting better.
