杭州区域创新体系与产业集群发展的关联研究——基于全球价值链视角

摘　　要：在全球化条件下,区域创新体系建设与地方产业集群嵌入全球价值链实现产业升级之间的相互关联关系发生了新的变化,即区域创新体系促进地方产业集群嵌入全球价值链实现产业升级,反过来也会促进区域创新体系进一步完善与发展。对浙江杭州区域创新体系与地方产业集群嵌入全球价值链实现产业升级的关联关系进行了研究。Under globalization, the linkage between regional innovation system （RIS） and local industrial clusters＇ embedding into global value chains（GVC） to achieve upgrading has brought about new changes, thus the RIS promotes the local industrial clusters to embed into GVC to achieve upgrading, while the latter also promotes further improvement and development of RIS. Selecting Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper does a theoretical research on the interaction between RIS and local industrial clusters＇ embedding and upgrading in GVC.
