我国财政对农业投入保障问题探析

摘　　要：改革以来,我国农业和农村经济的发展取得了巨大成就,但是农业滞后及其引发的问题愈加突出。农业生产和农村经济发展缓慢,关键的原因是资金投入不足。在新形势下加强和保障对农业的资金投入,促进农业全面发展,是需要深入研究的问题。本文概述了我国财政对农业投入资金的现状及形成原因,提出加大财政对农业投入保障的基本思路和对策,探索建立和健全财政农业投入的增长机制。Since the implementation of reform, China＇ s agriculture and rural economy has achieved great success. Meanwhile, agricultural lag and resulting issues have become conspicuous. The main reason for slow agricultural production and rural economy development lies in insufficient financial input. Therefore, increasing and ensuring input in agriculture is an issue that needs study. An overall statement is given on current situation of financial input in agriculture and reasons for it. Based on that, countermeasures for ensuring financial input increase in agriculture has been proposed. Furthermore, the author tries to set up an institution for increasing financial input in agriculture.
