摘　　要：针对中外合作数字参考咨询服务(DRS)的咨询方式、服务对象、服务内容、响应时间、合作程度、实时咨询时间、实时咨询功能、网络表单设置、合作方式进行比较分析,找出我国与国外合作数字参考咨询服务方式中存在的差别与差距,提出我国开展合作DRS应当引进或开发先进的DRS软件系统;组建全国合作网络;建立规范化的数字参考咨询标准和质量评价体系;建立高质量的知识库;建立高水平的数字参考咨询队伍。This paper conducts a comparative research on the digital reference service at home and abroad in aspects of consulting manner, service groups, service content, response time, cooperation degree, on-time consulting time and on-time consulting function, etc. to find out the differences and gap in digital reference service ways between China and other countries. The authors point out that we should introduce or exploit DRS soft system, build national cooperative network, establish reference standard and quality evaluation system, construct high quality knowledge database and organize the excellent reference groups to carry on the cooperative digital reference service.
