摘  要:在分析供水系统实际情况的基础上,提出采用开关磁阻调速系统驱动水泵供水的方法,将压力的控制值和管网压力表的压力信号输入、反馈给电机控制器,嵌入式微处理器再对压力的输入值和反馈值进行PID计算,调节电机与水泵转速,实现管网恒压的控制策略。进行了恒压、调压供水试验,并比较了不同驱动方式的测试结果,证明开关磁阻调速技术节能高效,启动和恒压、调压调速性能好,能够满足供水系统的使用要求。Based on analyzing the actual situation of water supply system, a method ot water supply with water pump driven by switched reluctance drive (SRD) was put forward. By inputting the wanted pressure value to and backfeeding the electric signal from pressure meter to SRD controller, PID calculation of the input and feedback values was conducted by embedded microprocessor. The rotation speed of motor and water pump was regulated to realize the constant-pressure control strategy of the network. Field tests of the constant-pressure and driving methods were compared, which regulating pressure were carried out, and the results of various proves that SRD can meet the requirements of water supply system with higher efficiency, energy-saving and good performance in starting, constant-pressure, regulating pressure and speed regulation.
