摘  要:目的:探讨双龙胶囊对哮喘大鼠的肺功能的影响及双龙胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制。方法:用卵蛋白建立大鼠哮喘模型,实验组给予双龙胶囊,再以卵蛋白作为抗原攻击激发气道高反应性后,测定大鼠肺功能的变化,收集支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)进行白细胞分类计数,并做肺组织病理切片观察,用流式细胞仪测定脾脏CD4+及CD8+淋巴细胞阳性百分率。结果:双龙胶囊可明显降低哮喘大鼠PEF,Fev 0.2,Fev 0.2/FVC,降低哮喘大鼠BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞含量,肺组织病理切片观察可见双龙胶囊可抑制炎性细胞渗出,双龙胶囊还可降低脾脏中CD4+,CD8+含量。结论:双龙胶囊可明显抑制哮喘大鼠气道高反应,改善呼吸功能,其作用机制可能与双龙胶囊抑制炎性细胞渗出,减轻气道炎症并参与机体免疫调节有关。Objective: To study the effects and mechanism of Shuanglong (SL) capsule on ovalbumin-sensitized asthma in rats and to evaluate their mechanism. Method: After rats were sensitized by ovalbumin and challenged by the antigen, bronchial provocation tests were performed to determine airway hyperresponsiveness. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were prepared for differential white cell counts and histological evaluation of lung tissue were performed. CD4^+ and CD8^+ T-lymphocytes in spleen tissues were calculated by using a flow cytometer. Result: SL capsule could obviously inhibit airway hyperesponsiveness of asthmatic rats and decreased the number of eosinophils in BALF. The percentages of CD4^+ and CD8^+ were reduced by SL capsule as well. Conclusion: SL capsule has distinct therapy effects on asthmatic rats probably by inhibiting airway inflammation and participating in immunity modulation.
