摘  要:为了解决现有核桃壳过滤装置反冲洗憋压、跑料、滤料再生困难的问题,经过分析,根据反冲洗理论,对过滤器进行改造,开发出低压稳流核桃壳过滤器。通过现场测试,证明低压稳流核桃壳过滤器反冲洗压力可以由原来的0.15-0.40MPa降低到0.03—0.06MPa,且能够实现罐群水反冲洗,反冲洗效果好,滤料再生效果好。干净的滤料使进水压力由原来的0.15-0.30m降到0.10-0.20MPa,改善了出水水质,含油质量浓度平均〈10mg/L。In order to solve the problems in the naming of the walnut shell filter, the reasons of hold back pressure, material escape, and regeneration difficulty of filtration material when hackwashed were studied. Based on the theory of backwash,a kind of low-pressure and steady-flow walnut sheU filter was developed. By remnlding the filter at a wastewater treating station and testing in situ, the results indicated that the pressure of backwash dropped from 0. 15 - 0. 40 MPa to 0.03 - 0.06 MPa, the effect of filtration material regeneration was good as well, the clean filtration material made the head loss decease, and the inlet pressure dropped from 0. 15- 0. 30 MPa to 0. 10- 0. 20 MPa, the oil content in the filtered water was less than 10 mg/L,outer water quality improved distinctly.
