摘　　要：目的探索中西医结合疗法对柯萨基病毒感染者免疫功能恢复的促进作用。方法64例柯萨基病毒感染引起的外感风热证患者,被随机分为2组:单纯西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组。用流式细胞仪分别检测他们入院初和出院前外周血中作为各功能群淋巴细胞标志的几种CD抗原,并将检测结果与当地健康人群和这2组患者之间作对比分析。结果2组患者入院初外周血CD8+淋巴细胞百分率明显高于对照组,而CD4+、CD16+和CD56+淋巴细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+明显低于对照组(P均<0.01),而2组患者之间无显著性差异。出院前单纯西医治疗组上述各项检测指标仍异于对照组(P<0.01),而中西医结合治疗组上述各项检测指标却与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗更有利于柯萨基病毒感染患者免疫功能的恢复。Objective It is to explore the promotion effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on immune function of the patients infected with Coxsackie virus recover. Methods 64 patients infected with Coxsackie virus were randomly divided into only western medicine therapy group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group. Several CD antigens taken as Lyrnphocytes sign in peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometer at earlier period after hospitalization and prior to discharge. The results were compared and analyzed among the healthy control group and the two therapy groups. Results At earlier period after hospitalization, the percent of CD8 ^＋ Lyrnphocytes in peripheral blood of the two therapy groups was obviously higher than that of control group, but the percents of CD4 ^＋ , CD16^ ＋ and CD56^ ＋ Lyrnphocytes and CD4 ^＋/CD8^ ＋ ratio of the two therapy groups were all lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01）. But there was no significant difference between the two therapy groups. Prior to discharge, there were significant differences on the indexes above between only western medicine therapy group and control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, but there were no significant differences on the indexes above between integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group and control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can promote immune function of the patients infected with Coxsackie virus recover.
