中国东北地区成年人外周血自然杀伤细胞和自然杀伤T细胞绝对计数研究

摘　　要：目的研究中国东北地区成人NK、NKT和T淋巴细胞绝对计数。方法用流式细胞术单平台法检测130例健康成人外周血NK、NKT、CD3+T、CD3+CD4+T、CD3+CD8+T细胞绝对计数及百分数。结果建立了中国东北地区成人外周血NK、NKT、CD3+T、CD3+CD4+T、CD3+CD8+T细胞绝对计数及百分数等参考范围;男性NK细胞数量和NK%高于女性,其余各指标男女无明显差别。35岁以下成人CD8+T细胞数量高于60岁以上成人(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞数量与年龄呈负相关,r=-0.201,P<0.05。结论中国东北地区成年人NK细胞数量明显高于西方人群,且NK细胞数量和百分数与性别相关,而CD4+T细胞数量与国外参考范围相近。[Objective] To study the absolute counts of peripheral blood NK, NKT and T lymphocytes in adult population of northeast area of China. [Methods] The counts and percentages of NK, NKT, CD3^＋, CD3^＋CD4^＋T and CD3^＋CD8^＋T lymphoeytes in 130 healthy adult individuals were determined using single-platform flow eytometry. [Results] Normal reference ranges for peripheral blood NK, NKT and T lymphoeytes in adult population of northeast area of China were setup. The counts and percentage of NK ceils for males are higher compared with females, while there is no gender difference in other parameters. The CD8^＋T ceil counts in individuals with age under 35 years old is higher compared with the individuals with age above 60 years old, the CD8^＋T ceil counts is negatively correlated with age,（ r=-0.201, P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The absolute counts of NK ceils in adult population of northeast China is significantly higher compared with the population in western countries, and the counts and percentages of NK cells are associated with gender. While t absolute counts for CD4^＋T cells is similar to that of western population.
