摘  要:近年来,我国历史文化名城传统住区中出现了“贵族化”的现象,它是宏观政治、经济、社会、资源禀赋及被改造地区的固有条件等多方面因素共同作用的结果。在目前对传统住区尚无更好的保护方法的情况下,让传统住区“贵族化”可作为一种权宜之计,不过应公平对待原住居民,保障他们的应得利益。"Gentrification" occurred in the development of traditional residential areas in historic cultural cities in China in recent years, which is the result of the common factors such as macro political, economic, social, resource gifts and the inherent conditions of the area to be developed. Under the present conditions where there is not yet a good method for preservation of traditional residential areas, the "gentrification" of the traditional residential areas can serve as a makeshift. However, justice should be done to the original inhabitants and their due profits should be guaranteed.
