摘　　要：本文结合葫芦岛市海滨核心区规划设计竞赛,引发对城市步行系统人性化规划的思考,论述在城市化进程的背景下,立体式步行系统在未来城市发展过程中的必要性。Combined with planning and design of seashore core-district contest held in the city of Huludao, it leads to a reflection on the humanity planning and design of city walking system. It discussed the necessity of stereometric walking system in future city development with the background of urbanization.
