摘 要:为了解肢体负压疗法对全身血液动力学的影响及是否存在对心血管系统的负效应,进行了动物实验。在正常家犬后肢行-12kPa、-16kPa 的负压,应用生理记录仪和心输出量测定仪,于负压前后不同时间点测定其心率、血压、中心静脉压、肺动脉压、肺动脉楔压和心输出量。结果显示负压前后各指标的变化无统计学意义,且相互间无相关性。说明肢体负压对全身血液动力学无明显影响,不引起全身循环系统负效应,是一种安全有效的物理疗法。In order to study the hemodynamic effect of limb's negative pressure and adverse effect for cardiovascular system,we had performed the animal experiment.During the treatment,the negative pressure with—12kPa,—16kPa was applied to posterior extremity of dogs.Before and after the treat- ment,the heart rate,blood pressure,central venous pressure,pulmonary arterial pressure,pulmonary wedge pressure and cardiac output in different time were evaluated and recorded by physiological recorder and cardiac output computer.The result showed that the parameters were no statistic signifi- cance and no correlation mutually.The conclusion indicates that limb's negative pressure does not influ- ence the hemodynamics,it wasn't adverse effect for circulatory system.So it is a safe and effective physi- cal therapy availably.
