摘 要:为探讨不同磁场处理水对淋巴细胞转化率的影响,采用交变磁场和静磁场处理水配制细胞培养液,与蒸馏水配制的细胞培养液进行比较。各种培养液均在相同条件下培养72小时后离心并分离淋巴细胞,结果两种磁处理水能显著增强淋巴细胞转化率和提高细胞培养液中 K^+、Na^+、Ca^(2)、Cl^-、MMS、BUN、葡萄糖的含量(P<0.01),而且均能显著增强培养液中 ALT、LDH 的活性(P<0.01)。实验证明,磁处理水具有增强机体免疫功能和促进细胞物质能量代谢的作用。In order to study the effect of magnetic field treated water for lymphocyte transforma- tion rate,the comparison was made between the cell cuhureliquor which was made from the alternative and static magnetic field treated water and cell cuhureliquor prepared by distilled water.The two kinds of cell cultureliquor were cultured in identical condition for 72 hours,then the lyrnphocytes were sepa- rated by centrifugal.The result showed that magnetic field treated water produced by alternative mag- netic field or static magnetic field could obviously increase the lymphocyte transformation rate and ele- vate the level of K^+,Na^+,Ca^(2+),Cl^-,MMS,BUN and glucose in cell cuhureliquor,it could also raise the activity of ALT and LDH.It is proved that the magnetic field treated water may strengthen the immuno- logic function and promote the energy metabolism in cell substances.
