屈曲旋转快速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察屈曲旋转快速牵引治疗的效果,用该法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者186例。1次牵引的成功率为72.0%,总有效率为92.5%,优良率为80.6%。病程小于半年的有效率明显优于病程长者(X^2=9.94,P<0.01),中央型和侧后型突出的疗效明显优于外侧型和极外侧型突出者(X^2=12.65,P<0.01)。随访1年,复发26例。说明该方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症是可行的,且疗效高、无痛苦,中央型和侧后型突出者尤为显著。The paper reports that 186 cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated with rapid traction of flexion-rotation.134 cases were only treated for one time,48 cases twice and 4 cases three times.The total effective rate was 92.5%,the excellent 80.6%.The successful rate of one time trac- tion was 72%.The effect of medial and post-lateral herniation was obviously higher than that of foraminal and extra-foraminal herniation(P<0.01).It proved that the shorter the course of disease (<6 months),the better the effect will be.All patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months,the re- lapse was 26 cases.It is suggested that this method is a safe and effective therapy for lumbar dise herni- ation.
