摘 要:广州恒运电厂将原有出力为200 t/h的传统离子交换水处理系统改造为出力为320 t/h的全膜法水处理系统,实际应用表明:(1)全膜法水处理工艺占地小,320 t/h的全膜法水处理系统与传统离子交换水处理系统相比,减少占地约3000 m2;(2)海水倒灌期间仍可正常运行,全年节约自来水用量达150万t;(3)工艺简单,容易实现自动控制;(4)产水品质高;(5)无废酸碱排放,有利环保。The original traditional ion exchange water treatment system with output capacity of 200 t/h has been retrofitted into a membrane water treatment system with output capacity of 320 t/h, the practical application shows that the membrane technology has many advatages: (1) The occupied area to be smaller, comparing with the traditional ion exchange water treatment system, the occupied area to be reduced about 3000 m2 ; (2) in the period of seawater poured backwards, the membrane water treatment system can still be in normal operation, the anually saved tap water hitting 1, 5 million t; (3) the membrane technology to be simple, its automatic control can be easily realized; (4) the quality of output water to be high; (5) without discharge of waste acid and alkali, being advantageous for environmental protection.
