摘  要:某电厂1号机组制粉系统多次发生爆炸事故,分析认为再循环管内积粉、乏气含粉浓度高等是造成爆炸的主要原因。对此,通过改造再循环管和调整运行操作使问题得以解决。到目前为止,制粉系统未再出现爆炸现象。The explosion accident has frequently occurred in coal pulverizing system of unit no. 1 in one power plant. It is believed from analysis that the main causes leading to explosion to be coal dust depositing in the circulating pipeline, and high concentration of coal dust content in the exhaust gas etc. For this, the problem has been solved through retrofitting the recirculating pipeline, and adjusting the manupulation in operation. So far. the explosion phenomenon in coal pulverising system hasn't occurred a gain, avoiding effectively occurrence of similar Occidents, at the same time providing with valuable experience for comprehesive remedy of explosion in coal pulverising system in identical type power plants over the country.
