摘  要:分别以醋酸铅(PbAc2)10,30和90mg/(kg·d)给雄性SD大鼠灌胃,连续9周,结果表明心肌微粒体膜(MMS)Na+,K+-ATP酶(Na泵)、超氧化物歧化酶活性、血锌含量降低,MMS丙二醛、血和尿铅、胸主动脉Ca2+含量及MMSCa2+-ATP酶(Ca泵)活性增高,与对照组比较均呈显著性差异。离体大鼠MMS单独与不同浓度(0.3,0.6,1.2mmol/L)PbAc2共同温育后,除Ca泵活性下降外,出现与体内同样毒性作用。ur study revealed the decrease of myocardial microsomes(MMS) Na +,K + ATPase activities, super oxide dismutase (SOD) activities and contents of blood zince, the elevation of malondialdehydo (MDA), Ca 2+ ATPase activities, levels of blood lead, urinary lead and calcium (Ca 2+ ) in thoracic aorta in male SD rats by repeative gavage at the doses of 10, 30 and 90 mg/(kg·d) lead acetatic (PbAc 2) for 9 weeks. The differences were significant between the experimental and control groups. The in vitro and in vivo tests showed the same results except the decline of Ca 2+ ATPase activities in vitro. The impairment of enzymes and the decline of anti LPO function of MMS play an important role in low dose lead induced myocardium toxicity.
