碘甘油治疗疱疹性咽炎94例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对碘甘油治疗疱疹性咽炎进行疗效观察评估。方法:将190例疱疹性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用碘甘油涂咽与病毒唑静脉注射联合,对照组用病毒唑静脉注射治疗。结果:治疗组94例,显效64例,好转22例,无效8例,总有效率91.5%,而对照组96例,显效40例,好转30例,无效26例,总有效率72.9%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:碘甘油与病毒唑合用治疗疱疹性咽炎效果满意,且使用方便、经济、快速、值得推广应用。Objective We use the jOdine glycerin associated in curing glycerine herpes zoster pharyngitis,then observe and assess the traditional therapeutic method. Methods Glycerine herpes zoster pharyngitis in 190 cases was divided into cure group and control group randomly. The cure groups were treated with the jodine glycerin associated with virus by intravenous injection. And the control groups were treated with virus by intravenous injection. Results Glycerine herpes zoster pharyngitis in 94 case was treated with jodine glycerin associated with virus. The results were as follows ：64 cases profoundly effective,22 cases better, and 8 cases invalid. The total effective rate was 91.5 %. However, the results of the control group were as follows ：40 cases profoundly effective, 30 eases better, and 26 eases invalid. The total effective rate was 72.9%. The difference between the two groups is notable（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of the treatment with the jodineglycerin associated with virus is notable. It is used conveniently, economically and quickly. So it should be generally applicated.
