256例不孕患者两种不同类型子宫输卵管造影结果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨优维显和碘化油两种不同类型的造影剂在子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)中的优点、缺点。方法:对分别行优维显和碘化油作对比剂进行子宫输卵管造影的256例不孕患者造影结果进行对比分析。结果:两种造影剂在影像质量、通畅率方面及两组输卵管、子宫、盆腔病变的检测结果差异无显著性,术后腹痛发生率,优维显组较碘化油组低。结论:两种造影剂在子宫输卵管造影中各有特点,均可作为HSG的对比剂,但优维显动态造影,可减少外界因素干扰,药物易于吸收、毒副反应小,优于碘化油造影,可根据患者不同情况进行选择。Objective The aim was to discuss the excellence and defect of Uitravist and Iodized oil these two different kinds of radiography used in Hystero - salpingography（HSG）. Methods The results of Uitravist and Iodized oil which were respectively used in HSG for 256 sterile patients were contrastive analyzed. Results There were no significant discrepancies in imagine quality,expedite rate and study result to pathological changes of two teams of oviducts, wombs and pelvis, but incidence of abdomen ache after operation of the Uitravist team was lower than the Iodized oil team. Conclusion These two radiographies have severally characteristics in HSG and both can be made use of contrastive drags. But Uitravist dynamic radiograph excels Iodized oil in decreasing disturbance of environment and being easily absorbed and it has less toxic or side effects. It can be chose according to patient complexion.
