摘　　要：航标遥测遥控系统是为了满足海事管理部门对航标监控管理的需要而建立起来的一个现代化的远程实时监控系统,系统由灯器数据采集终端、GSM公网通信、监控中心、监控客户端等组成,本文对该系统的总体架构及功能组成做了简要设计。Navigation aids telemetering and telecontrol system is a modem long- distance real time monitor and control system, which was constructed for the sake of satisfying with the requirement of maritime affairs supervising and controlling to the navigation aids, it comprise the data collection terminal of the light equipment, GSM public network communication, monitor and control center, client sever of monitor and control etc. The total structure and function of that system is designed briefly in this paper.
