摘　　要：就证明某个待证事实而言,证据客观真实性证明力应划分为个别证据的证明力和一组证据的综合证明力两个不同的层次。将其划分为不同的层次,具有理论和现实意义。不同层次的证明力虽然具有各自的特点,但又是相互联系的,并具有不同的评价方式。For a particular case to be testified, evaluation of the authenticity of evidence can be classified as either that of individual evidence or that of comprehensive evidences. Such classification is of theoretical and practical significance. Although the testifying povoer of different leuels is of its own characteristics, they are all interrelated and have different ways of evaluation.
