摘　　要：天然磷脂是含磷酸的类脂化合物,广泛存在于植物、动物及微生物体中,在工业生产、食品科学、医药学、生命科学等研究方面都有重要的应用。磷脂的研究手段多样,高效液相色谱在磷脂的分离、检测方面具有优势。本文结合近年来国内外高效液相色谱分离磷脂的研究报道,对高效液相色谱分离、检测磷脂的方法进行了分类、评价。Phospholipids are mixtures of lipids containing phosphorus. They widely consist in the plants, animals and microorganism. They have great application in the industry, food science, medical science and life science. There are several methods to separate and detect the phospholipids, one of which is high performance liquid chromatography. This paper classifted those methods which were used to separate and detect phospholipids and summarized the technique development of separation and detection of phospholipids.
