摘　　要：综述了低氧对ob基因、瘦素影响的研究概况,分析了低氧参与防治肥胖的可能性并提出相关建议,为后续研究提供参考。In this article, we analyzed the possibility of hypoxia preventing and curing obesity after reviewed the research situation of how the hypoxia effecting ob gene and leptinidine. Then we brought up some suggestion and reference for follow-up study.
