摘　　要：目的制定高效液相色谱法测定芪归祛白胶囊中梣酮含量的方法。方法色谱柱：Zorbax C18柱（十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，4．6mm×250mm，5um）；柱温：室温（25℃）；流动相：甲醇-水（56：44）；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；进样量：20ul。检测波长：218nm。结果当梣酮浓度在1．5～9．0ug·ml^-1范围内时呈良好的线性关系，回归方程：Y=3．4857×104X—1．3422×10^3，r=0．9997。平均回收率98．71％，RSD为1．09％，n=5。梣酮与其它杂质峰达基线分离，梣酮周围无杂质，分离度达2以上。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定芪归祛白胶囊中梣酮的含量，操作较简便、灵敏度高、阴性无干扰，能较好地控制芪归祛白胶囊中梣酮的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of fraxinellon in Qiguiqubai Capsule. METHODS Zorbax C18 cloumn（250mm × 4. 6mm, 5um） was used, column temperature： 25℃, using methanol- water （56 ： 44） as a mobile phase（1.0ml · min^-1 ）and detection wavelength was at 218nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of fraxinellon was linear in the range of 1.5-9.0ug · ml^-1 ,regression equation was Y =3. 4857 × 104 X --1. 3422× 10^3 , r =0. 9997 and the average recovery was 98.71~ （ RSD = 1.06%, n = 5）. Fraxinellon line with other impurities peak reached essential separation of fraxinellon around without impurity separation reach 2 above. CONCLUSION The method was relatively simple,highly sensitive,accurate, no negative interference and can be used to control the quality of Qiguiqubai capsule.
