摘 要:从杂散光的定义出发,介绍了杂散光的来源,依据来源对杂散光进行了分类,并指出了杂散光对光学系统的一些危害;通过引入PST和BRDF的定义,实现对杂散光进行定量化描述。杂散光的软件模拟分析是目前应用中的热点,介绍了软件分析的理论基础M-C方法,并列举了国内外常用的分析软件。光路分析之后,在系统中设置遮光罩和挡光环、采用适当的涂层成为阻挡杂散光的有力手段,因而被广泛采用。最后介绍了通过软件方法对光机设计无法完全消除的杂散光进行校正的一些进展。The definition of stray light in optical system is presented. We classify them based on the source of stray light, and some notable harm of stray light is presented. The definition of PST (point source transmittance) and BRDF (bidirectional reflectance distribution function) is introduced to describe the stray light quantitatively. Software simulation of stray light is the focus of current application. Mento-Caxlo, the base of softwaxe analysis, and some commercial simulation software are presented. When the analysis of optical path is finished, setting up lens hood and baffle vane (ring) and adoptting proper coat would be powerful way to suppress those bori.ng stray light. At last, some progress of software correction to deal with remainder stray light which is immune to all efforts of optical design are introduced.
