摘 要:建立了空气-水套管式换热器的试验台,分别测量、计算了空管和SMV型静态混合器的管内对流传热系数,后者比前者提高了4.36倍。通过建立与之具有相同尺寸的模型,在合理的近似工况下,数值模拟了空气在SMV型静态混合器内的流动与传热。与试验数据的比较发现,数值计算具有相当的可靠性。A test platform for air-water double pipes heat exchanger has been setup. The convective coefficients of SMV static mixer was measured and calculated. It has been)found that it is enhanced 4.36 times than the previous compared with the blank pipe condition,Meanwhile,a model with same dimensions has also been built, and simulation was carried out at a reasonably closecondition to the experiment. Comparing with the experiment result,it was proven that the numerical calculation has a high reliability.
