摘  要:通过分析TarusTPMIL1146油泥数控铣床软硬件的特点,提出了应用powermill软件挖掘设备五轴加工潜能的较全面的解决方案。首先通过研究五轴加工技术,寻找到最高效能的加工策略;然后通过开发机床加工更真实的模拟功能,实现提前预知加工中可能出现的问题;最后编写针对Tarus机床的后置处理文件,实现了Powermill与设备的完全对接。After analyzing the hardware and software feature of Tarus clay - milling, TPMIL1146, a point that Powermill software can provide all - sided solutions in developing 5 - axis potential of this machine is raised in this article. Firstly, the most effective strategy is found by studying 5 - axis machining technology. Secondly, possible problems in manufacturing are predicted through developing more realistic simulation functions of this equipment. Finally, the entire compatibility goal is reached between Powermill software and this device by programming the post -process file of Tarus machine.
