杭州市制药行业危险废物产污系数的研究

摘　　要：通过对杭州市辖区制药行业危险废物的调查统计,采用物料衡算和经验估算法,计算得到杭州市辖区原料合成类药物危险废物产污系数和杭州市辖区中间体加工类药物危险废物产污系数。研究涵盖了来自25家药厂的8种典型原料合成类药物和48种典型中间体加工类药物的危险废物产污系数及各药相关的生产工艺、生产规模和设备年限,反映出制药行业危险废物主要产生环节和工艺,为环境管理部门提供宏观统计系数,同时开拓危险废物的控制和管理思路,为国家实行的危险废物处置收费制度提供理论参考。The pollutants producing coefficients of hazardous wastes from the processes of the synthesizing medicines and the medical intermediates in Hangzhou were calculated by using balanced calculation and experiential estimation, It was included that 8 typical synthesizing medicines and 48 intermediates from 25 pharmaceutical factories in the investigation, which showed the main course and producing process of the hazardous wastes, The study related the techniques, producing scale and equipment date in the processes of the synthesizing medicines and the medical intermediates in Hangzhou. It is very important for the management and supervisory of hazardous wastes, the environmental supervising, and as the theoretic consuh for disposition charge of hazardous wastes.
