摘  要:1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡120只随机分为4组,每组30只,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,Ⅳ组为对照组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组基础日粮中添加苜蓿多糖0.5%,1%,2%饲喂给肉仔鸡,Ⅳ组饲喂基础日粮,测定苜蓿多糖对肉仔鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响。结果表明,21,35日龄各添加组平均体重与对照组相比差异均不显著,各添加组之间的差异也不显著(P>0.05)。而42日龄时,Ⅱ组的平均体重最高(P<0.05);其次为Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组能显著提高肉仔鸡日增重(P<0.05),且Ⅱ组能显著降低料肉比(P<0.05),而Ⅲ组能显著提高肉仔鸡血清的抗体水平(P<0.05)。A total of 120 1-day-old Avian broilers were assigned to 4 groups randomly with 30 for each.Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ groups were as the experimental ones and Ⅳ as Control. Based diets added alfalfa polysaccharide 0.5%, 1% and 2% were fed to the experimental groups respectively, and the Ⅳ fed based diets to determine effects of alfalfa polysaccharides on growth performance and immune function of broilers. The results showed that the average weights of 3 experimental groups in 21 and 35-day-old broilers were not significant compared with control group, and the differences among the adding groups were also not significant(P〉 0.05). At the age of 42 d, the highest average weight was group Ⅱ(P〈0.05), followed by group Ⅲ(P〈0.05), group Ⅰ had no significant difference compared with the control group (P〉 0.05). Group Ⅱ can increase the weights of broilers significantly (P〈0.05), and decrease feed gain significantly (P〈0.05), Groupm can increase serum antibody levels significantly of broilers (P 〈 0.05).
