太原市城区老年人人格特征与原发性高血压、甘油三酯水平、血糖水平相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]揭示影响人格的因素、探讨疾病与人格因素的关系,为提高老年人生活质量,预防高血压、高血糖、高血脂的发生提供方法和依据。[方法]在太原市城区抽取60岁以上的老年人212人,采用卡氏16种人格因素测试表进行人格测试,并采用酶比色法,用CRONY800半自动生化分析仪测定血糖、甘油三酯等生化指标。资料输入VFP 6.0数据库,采用SPSS 11.5软件进行分析。[结果]采用多因素非条件logistic回归分析得出世故和实验两项人格与高血压的发生差异有统计学意义OR=1.311,CI(1.004￣1.646)和OR=1.278,CI(1.003￣1.627);采用线性回归分析得出畏怯与血糖水平差异有统计学意义(t=2.354,P=0.02);先后采用多重线性回归和多因素非条件logistic回归得出兴奋(t=6.332,P=0.00)、独立(t=4.003,P=0.03)、果断OR=20.223,CI(4.182￣97.807)与甘油三酯水平差异有统计学意义。[结论]性别、职业、年龄、精神伤害、工作顺心与否对人格有一定影响;人格特征在高血压、血糖水平、血脂水平高低的发生中起着一定的作用。在血压、血糖、血脂的防治工作中应当引起重视。[Objective] To improve the quality of life of the aged and prevent the incidence of hyperpiesia, hyperglycaemia, hyperlipemia, the study explored the factors that affected the personality and the correlation of diseases and personality factors. [Methods] 212 of the aged over 60 years old were collected in the district of Taiyuan. Personality was tested by the tables of the 16PF. The blood sugar, triglyceride were tested by the machine of CRONYS00 （ the method of biocatalyst chromatometry） .The data was imported into the database of VFP and analyzed by SPSSll.5. [Results] The factors of sophisticated and experiment were correlated with hypertension by the method of Binary logistic OR = 1.311, CI （1.004-1.646） and OR = 1.278, CI （1.003-1.627） ; The factor of timid was correlated with the blood sugar level by the method of Linear regression （t = 2.354, P = 0.02） ; The factors of excitation （t = 6.332, P = 0.00）. independence （t = 4.003, P = 0.03）. arbitrary OR = 20.223, CI （4.182-97.807） were correlated with triglyceride level by the methods of Linear regression and Binary logistic. [Conclusion] The personality was affected by the factors of sex. occupatioon、 age. the spirit injury and the emotion in working. The personality characteristics play roles in the incidence of hypertension, blood sugar level, blood fat. The personality characteristics should be taken into consideration in the prevention of hypertension, blood sugar level and blood fat.
