68例女性尖锐湿疣组织学损伤程度与端粒酶活性的研究

摘  要:[目的]了解女性CA皮损中组织学损伤程度与端粒酶活性的关系,研究探讨HPV感染CA不同程度组织损伤及病变性质与癌变的关系。[方法]对不同病变程度女性生殖道CA病例,采用核酸原位杂交法检测CA皮损中端粒酶的活性。[结果]2例无明显上皮细胞增生CA病例端粒酶活性表达率为0.0%;36例CA上皮细胞轻度增生病例端粒酶活性表达率为8.33%;18例上皮细胞轻度非典型性增生病例中端粒酶活性表达率为16.6%;10例上皮细胞中度非典型性增生病例中端粒酶活性表达率为40.0%;2例上皮细胞重度非典型性增生病例中端粒酶活性表达率为50.0%。女性生殖道CA是否癌变与皮损后修复性增生性质及端粒酶活性有关,随细胞异型性增生加重,端粒酶活性增高,癌变率有所增加。[结论]为防止女性CA癌变,应及早作病理检验诊断,早期发现及时治疗皮损异型性增生。[Objectives] To study the correlation of telomerase activity and different pathological variations and canceradon in condyloma accuminata (CA) of reproductive organs of femininity. [Methods] 68 patients were assayed for telomerase activity using insitu hybridization histochemistry. [ Results] In 18 cases of condyloma acuminate with light degree dysplasia (atypical hyperplasia) , about16.6% of enhancement in telomerase activity was detected; in another 10 cases of condyloma acuminate with medium degree dysplasia, 40% of enhancement in telomerase activity was detected; and 2 cases of condyloma acuminate with serious degree dysplasia, 50% of enhancement in telomerase activity was detected. [Conclusion] The rising in the degree of dysplasia of condyloma accuminata is accompanied by the enhancement of telomerase activity. The serious degree dysplasia of CA corelate with more active telomerase than the without dysplasia of CA.Thus, patients who is suffering condyloma accuminata (CA) of reproductive organs of femininity with atypical hyperplasia should be diagnosed for the degree of the atypical hyperplasia as early as possible to avoid canceration of CA.
