应用磺基水杨酸-硫酸钠比浊法在自动化分析仪上测定尿蛋白

摘　　要：目的 对磺基水杨酸-硫酸钠（SS-S）比浊法测定尿蛋白的自动化分析进行评价。方法 应用SS-S比浊法，在自动生化分析仪上建立测定参数，评价其方法的重复性、线性范围、回收率，并与氯化苄甲乙氧氨（BEC）法进行比较。结果 批内和批间变异系数（CV）分别为0．87％-1．89％和0．76％-2．25％。线性范围为50．0-2996．0mg／L。回收率为97．3％-105．5％。与BEC法比较，YSS-S=1．001XBEC＋16．3，相关系数（r）=0．9788。结论 SS-S比浊法测定尿蛋白具有较高的精密度和准确度，适合自动化分析。Objective To evaluate the sulfosalicylic acid-sodium sulfate （SS-S） automatic analysis for detecting urine proteins. Methods The SS-S assay was established. To evaluate the intra-assay and inter-assay coefficien of variation（ CV）, linear range and recovery rate and compare with benzyl chloride （BEC） methods. Results Intra-assay and inter-assay CV was 0. 87%-1. 89% and 0.76% -2.25% ; linear rang was 50.0-2 996.0 mg/L; recovery rate was 97.3% -105.5% ; correlation with BEC was Yss-s = 1. 001XBEC ＋ 16.3, correlation coefficient （r） = 0.978 8. Conclusions The SS-S method is sensitive and accurate and adapted to automatic analysis.
