摘 要:通过分析比较合金的室温时效强度、硬度和延伸率,观察合金的微观组织形态和断口形貌,测试固溶温度对于合金时效硬度的影响,研究低锑合金添加稀土元素对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,含稀土的低锑合金较普通低锑合金具有更高的强度和塑性,时效对低锑合金的力学性能有显著的影响,固溶处理可以大幅度地提高稀土铅锑合金的硬度。The effect of rare earth on the mechanical behavior of low-antimony lead alloy is investigated by analysis and comparison of the ageing strength, hardness and elogation of the alloy at room temperature, and the observation of the microscopic morphology and the fracture appearance of the alloy, the determination of the influence of solution treatment on the alloy aging hardness. The results show that the strength and plasticity of the low-antimony lead alloy with rear earth additive are improved comparing to the traditional alloy. The mechanical properties of the alloy are significantly influenced by the aging process, and the aging hardness of the alloy can be greatly upgraded by the solution treatment.
