摘 要:目的了解河南某县某行政村既往有偿献血员的HBV及HCV的感染状况并探讨其危险因素。方法从2002年10月至2003年3月对该村自愿参加本研究的村民进行问卷调查并采血进行HBV血清学标志物和抗-HCV检测。结果在465名既往有偿献血员中,共检出HBV感染者216人(46.45%),检出HCV感染者343人(73.76%)。HCV的感染率随献血次数增加而升高(P<0.001),只在某一类型血站单献全血者的总HCV感染率低于单献血浆者(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析提示,HBV感染可能与年龄及个体血站献全血次数有关,OR值分别是1.198和2.121。HCV感染可能与性别、个体血站献全血次数、外县血站献血浆次数及地区血站献血浆次数等因素有关,OR值分别为1.654、9.429、1.044、1.053。结论该村既往有偿献血员HBV、HCV感染率较高,主要原因是长期的非法和不规范采血。Purpose To investigate the infection status of HBV and HCV and their risk factors among former paid blood donors(FPBDs) in one village of Henan province. Methods The study population consisted of voluntary villagers in a village of Henan province. From October 2002 to March 2003, we finished questionnaires with them and conducted corresponding test of HBV serum indicators and anti-HCV. Results Out of all 446 FPBDs, 216 and 343 FPBDs were found HBV infection (46.45%) and HCV infection (73.76%), respectively. Infection rate of HCV increased with the enhancing of frequency of blood donation (P〈0 001). Total infection rate of HCV among villagers who only donated full blood in one type of blood bank was lower than that of those who only donated plasma in one type of blood bank (P〈0. 05). Multiple factor logistic regression showed that HBV infection might be associated with age and frequency of full blood donation in private-owned blood bank, with OR value of 1. 198 and 2. 121 respectively. And HCV infection might be associated with gender, frequency of full blood donation in private-owned blood bank, frequency of plasma donation in neighboring county-level and district-level government-owned blood bank, with OR value of 1. 654, 9. 429, 1. 044 and 1. 053 respectively. Conclusions These findings suggested that infection rates of HBV and HCV were comparatively high among FPBDs in this village. Long-term unlawful and non-standardized blood collection was major causation.
