波伦法冶炼微碳铬铁工艺中几个问题的探讨

摘　　要：通过物料平衡和热平衡计算，论述了波伦法微碳铬铁生产工艺的优越性。与一般的电硅热法相比，该工艺具有产品质量好，铬回收率高，硅利用率高，硅铬用量少，能耗低，综合经济效益好等优点；并就波伦法微碳铬铁工艺中的几个具体问题提出了见解。Abstract Through material balance and calorific balance calcutation,the paper proves theadvantages of producing low--carbon FeCr with 'Perrin-process'. Contrast with generalelectro-silicothermic process,'Perrin-process'has many advantages of high quality, high rate of Cr recovery and high Si utilization ratio ;low quantity of SiCr alloy, lowenergy consumption and good comprehensive benefit, etc. Lastly, the paper puts forward opinions on specific problems in low-carbon FeCr process.
