摘　　要：首先讨论了什么是先进生产力,然后,在分析水利工作特点的基础上,探讨了新时期水利科技工作者必须以全面提高自身的服务质量为前提,以认真、负责、求实、创新的态度贯穿于水利工作建设的全过程,以适应先进生产力发展的要求。In the beginning, the meaning of advanced productivity is expounded, then, based on the analysis on the particularitics of water conservancy work, the requirements to scientific and technological workers in the water conservancy field is probed into, that is, they must overall promote their service quality as the prerequisite, and should take the attitude of being earnest, responsible, realistic and creative as the kernel through the whole course of water conservancy construction to carry out all-round the requirement of representing the development of advanced productivity.
