摘　　要：目的探讨静脉肾盂造影的护理配合。方法对120例静脉肾盂造影病人进行严密观察和心理护理。结果所有患者均顺利完成造影检查达到最佳效果。结论护理配合是静脉肾盂造影顺利完成的重要因素。在造影过程中严密观察不良反应,针对不同年龄、不同性格的患者给予心理护理,是安全检查的重要环节。Objective To evaluate the treatment of cooperative care of patients with IVP.Methods 120 patients with IVP are performed with closely observing and psychologically nursing.Results All patient successfully have the best result of radiographic examination.Condusion Cooperative care is the important factor for the successful accomplishment of IVP.In the process, keep dose observe over the side offeet and dive mental nursing to the patinents of different ages and with different eharaeterieties.h is the most impartant in safety examination.
