无创呼吸机治疗重症胰腺炎病人的疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨无创通气治疗出血坏死型胰腺炎患者的疗效及护理体会。方法15例出血坏死型胰腺炎患者进行血气分析后应用美国伟康公司生产的BiBAP Vision型呼吸机进行经鼻面罩压力支持通气+呼气末正压支持。结果13例患者在经无创通气治疗前、后各项血气分析指标有明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论无创呼吸机治疗出血坏死型胰腺炎疗效显著,提高了抢救成功率。Objective To explore the effect and care in patients with hemorrhagic pancreatitis by non-invasive ventilation.Methods Thirteen cases with hemorrhagic pancreatitis ventilated BiBAP Vision （made by WEIKANG COMPANY in American ）and psv＋peep after arterial blood gas analyses. Results Thirteen cases have obvious improvement in arterial blood gas analyses,comparing pretreatment and post-treatment, the difference was significant, P〈0.01. Conclusions Non-invasive ventilation had significant effects and improve the salvage rate in the patients with hemorrhagic pancreatitis.
