摘  要:从针织用针针头成型的工艺机理及模具参数方面详细分析了针织用针打头采用旋转冷锻的方法时,锻击次数不因主轴转速高、滚柱个数多而增加,主要应从改善结构条件、减缓保持架的转速来增加锻击次数等提高打头质量;推荐打头模具及其零件的形状尺寸精度、材料和加工方法,说明正确调试和使用模具是提高模具寿命的最有效手段之一。Based on the process philosophy of point forming of the knitting needle and the mold index, analysis of the flattening process of needle point comes to a conclusion that when flattening with rotating cold forging process, the number of forging is independent from revolution of main shaft and number of rolls. Flattening quality can be improved only by increase of number of forging through improvement of structure and slow-down of revolution. Specifications are put forth regarding size precision, material and process of the mold and the related parts. Lastly, proper adjustment and application of the mold are an effective way prolonging service life of the mold.
